Syneos Health Partners with Microsoft to Optimize Clinical Trials

Aims to deliver technology and data solutions to help fast-track timelines, optimize resource allocation, and create clinical trial efficiencies.

Syneos Health has entered a multi-year strategic agreement with Microsoft. Using Microsoft Azure services, Syneos Health has developed an advanced analytics platform designed to enable agile deployment of machine learning (ML) supporting the analysis, design and execution of clinical trials and commercial programs worldwide.
 
The agreement includes collaboration with Microsoft Research and leverages developments from OpenAI. Syneos Health will deliver technology and data solutions with Microsoft that aim to accelerate clinical development and elevate commercial performance for biopharma customers.
 
Based on this AI-enabled platform, Syneos Health is able to process and analyze data to help fast-track timelines, optimize resource allocation and create clinical trial efficiencies. These capabilities aim to allow for superior site selection and reduced enrollment timelines to advance new treatments.
