IntelGenx Corp., a drug delivery company, has entered into an agreement for the packaging of a pharmaceutical oral film product for and undisclosed customer that is planning to commercialize in the U.S. IntelGenx will package the product (film in pouch) at its cGMP manufacturing facility in Montreal.

“In addition to providing us with a meaningful new revenue stream, this first commercial-scale packaging agreement helps validate our ability to further expand our CDMO business by providing additional services to both end-to-end CDMO services clients as well as on a stand-alone project basis to key players in the Canadian and U.S. markets,” said Dwight Gorham, IntelGenx’s CEO. “We are looking forward to building a strong partnership.”
