Mammalian Manufacturing Infrastructure

Our mammalian GMP manufacturing suites are equipped with advanced technology to ensure efficient and scalable production processes. Our facilities include:

• Two Mammalian GMP Manufacturing Suites: Our dedicated manufacturing suites are designed to meet stringent GMP requirements and adhere to the highest quality standards
• Range of Mammalian Bioreactors: We offer a diverse range of SUB (Single-Use Bioreactor) capacities to suit your production needs:
  • 2 x 50L SUB bioreactors
  • 2 x 250L SUB bioreactors
  • 2 x 1000L SUB bioreactors
  • Future expansion: 2 x 1000L and 2 x 2000L SUB bioreactors
• Complete Single-Use GMP Facility: Our commitment to quality is reflected in our complete single-use GMP facility, minimizing cross-contamination risks and facilitating rapid turnaround times.
• In-house WFI

Microbial Manufacturing Infrastructure

• One Microbial Manufacturing Suite: Tanvex has been manufacturing microbial derived therapeutics since 2011.Our microbial manufacturing facility houses a 150L stainless steel fermenter and a 300L single use fermenter (SUF) will be on-line soon.
• Range of Microbial Bioreactors: We recognize the importance of leveraging state-of-the-art technology for efficient and robust manufacturing processes. Our San Diego facility is equipped with:
  • 150L BioFlo ProFermentor
  • 300L Thermo Single Use Fermentor (SUF)
