Mr. Getz joined the Tufts CSDD in 2005 and has achieved international recognition for his cutting-edge research in the areas of R&D management, the investigative site landscape, outsourcing practices, and protocol optimization.

“Ken’s pioneering studies on clinical trial operations and R&D efficiency, have had a profound and lasting impact on the way new drug candidates are investigated and developed in the U.S. and abroad,” said Tufts CSDD Director Ken Kaitin. “Moreover, Ken’s sizeable body of work on global outsourcing practices, patient recruitment and retention, and investigative site management has contributed substantially to our understanding of these critical aspects of drug development and how they are evolving. I could not be more thrilled to work alongside Ken in his new role as CSDD Deputy Director.”
