eXmoor Pharma, Evox Complete Exosome Gene Editing Tech Transfer

eXmoor Pharma, an integrated cell and gene therapy CDMO, and Evox Therapeutics have completed a technology transfer program for Evox’s exosome-enabled gene editing technology—specifically its MSH3-targeted program for the treatment of Huntington’s disease.

Evox is advancing a pipeline of next-generation gene editing medicines targeting genetically driven neurodegenerative diseases, including Huntington’s disease and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. The program involved the transfer and establishment of Evox’s proprietary manufacturing process and associated analytical methods at eXmoor’s Bristol facility. Completion of this phase provides the technical foundation for subsequent transfer into GMP and future clinical manufacture.
