Dawn M. Joseph has been appointed director of business development at BASi, reporting to vice president of business development, Connie Dougherty.

Ms. Joseph previously served as director of sales for Accuratus Lab Services in Agawam, MA, where she was responsible for commercializing new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships. Prior to this, she was technical sales and marketing manager for Harvard Bioscience, where she doubled sales over a three-year period and improved market share by developing an effective technical marketing strategy for platform hybridoma fusion systems and cell transfection equipment.

Ms. Dougherty said, “Dawn Joseph joins BASi with 11 years of experience in the pharmaceutical services market as a business development manager, with a track record of building sales and implementing winning initiatives for the clients.
