Editor-in-Chief, Contract Pharma
Federal Equipment Company, in conjunction with Harry Davis & Company, has announced the turnkey sale of a contract pharmaceutical manufacturing facility operated by Denison Pharmaceuticals in Lincoln, RI.
The operation is available immediately to a new owner and is equipped to manufacture and package a range of OTC and healthcare products, including sprays, liquids, creams, aerosols, gels and inhalers.
Located on more than 11 acres, the facility includes more than 104,000 square feet of manufacturing and laboratory space. Its processing capabilities include six batch processing rooms and 23 stainless-steel vacuum kettles, processors and mixing tanks ranging in capacity from 25 to 2,000 gallons.
The site also features 10 filling lines, including four tube filling lines and a late-model, high-speed tube filler. Liquid filling assets include a 2024 DTM Purefil high-speed filler capable of processing as many as 300 bottles per minute in sizes ranging from 1 to 8 ounces.
Additional assets include a state-of-the-art laboratory, plant utilities and supporting production equipment. The facility is being offered as a complete turnkey operation rather than solely as a sale of individual equipment assets.
The Lincoln facility is available for inspection by appointment. Additional information, photographs and videos of the processing, filling, packaging, laboratory and utility areas are available through Federal Equipment’s Denison Pharmaceuticals turnkey sale page.
