Frank DiBiano has been named Project Executive to lead the expansion of the New Jersey operations of the Construction Division of IPS-Integrated Project Services, Inc. An industry veteran with more than 25 years of construction and project management experience, Mr. DiBiano provides project team leadership for challenging construction projects in technically complex industries, including biopharmaceuticals. Mr. DiBiano will be based in IPS’ New Jersey location.

Mr. DiBiano previously held executive leadership positions with Skanska, Inc. and Bovis Lend Lease, Inc. A company statement note that, in addition to executing large, complex projects, Mr. DiBiano “has demonstrated success in managing large fast-track construction projects delivered both ahead of schedule and under budget.”
