Pinnaql Acquires VEG 

Pinnaql, Inc., a LSOMS Holdings, LP company, has acquired Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. (VEG), a leading provider of commissioning, qualification, and validation (CQV) services to the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.

Founded in 1997, VEG built its reputation through its deep engineering expertise across a range of CQV services. The company’s foothold in pharmaceutical manufacturing and CQV services, coupled with its highly specialized engineering talent, offers immediate synergies with Pinnaql’s current specialization in laboratory validation and quality assurance.

VEG is the second strategic acquisition by LSOMS, following its acquisition of Pinnaql in June 2025. The deal further solidifies its position as a premier compliance, quality, and regulatory consulting platform for pharmaceutical and life sciences companies navigating increasingly complex compliance environments.
