Orbis, Daré Bioscience Enter License Agreement

Orbis Biosciences has granted Daré Bioscience an exclusive option to license worldwide rights to Orbis’ long-acting contraceptive products.  This agreement leverages Orbis’ Stratµm™ technology to create an etonogestrel contraceptive for 6- and 12-month durations.  The agreement includes pre-clinical studies and the option to enter into a license agreement for clinical development.  Financial terms were not disclosed.
