JSR has established a U.S. headquarters for its biotechnology and life sciences focused businesses under the name JSR Life Sciences, LLC effective April 1, 2019.
 
JSR Life Sciences will be a subsidiary of also newly established U.S.-based JSR North America Holdings, Inc. and will operate as a strategic leader of JSR’s biotech and life sciences focused businesses and affiliate companies including MBL, KBI Biopharma, Selexis, Crown Bioscience and other affiliates throughout Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.
 
Until now “JSR Life Sciences” served primarily as a brand name under which JSR developed and sold advanced materials and products for the biotech industry. This reorganization will foster new synergies among the companies’ different focus areas.
