EUROAPI Acquires BianoGMP

EUROAPI acquired BianoGMP, strengthening its contract development and manfacturing organization (CDMO) expertise in the high-growth oligonucleotide market.

According to the company, the acquisition further differentiates EUROAPI’s value proposition to support a broader client base across the whole oligonucleotide development continuum, from research to commercialization.

Biano will retain its corporate brand and become a EUROAPI company.
