Mr. Petras has more than 25 years of leadership experience, most recently serving as president of Cardinal Health's Post-Acute Solutions businesses. Prior to that he was chief executive officer for AssuraMed, a medical products supplier, which Cardinal Health acquired for approximately $2 billion in 2013. He also worked at General Electric for more than two decades, including serving as president and chief executive officer at GE Lighting and Industrial. Mr. Petras also serves on The Cleveland Clinic's board of directors.
