At AAPS 2018, Contract Pharma spoke with CMIC Holdings' senior vice president of corporate development & marketing, Lucy Sha, and president and chief executive officer of CMIC bioanalytical services, US, Mike Suga, about their history, growth, and capabilities.
CMIC was the first, and is still the largest contract research organization (CRO) from Japan. Since its inception, the company has grown to more than 6,000 employees, and has sites in U.S., Japan, Korea, Singapore, China, and Taiwan. CMIC expanded their services to include contract drug development and manufacturing, making the company a full service CDMO business.
